A significant corporate change has recently taken place in one of the most successful companies in the textile and luxury fashion field: Majotech has returned entirely to Italian hands. Andrea Terracini has, in fact, completed the acquisition of 51% of the share capital from Jihua Group Corporation Ltd – a Chinese group principally engaged in the production and distribution of military and civil products. Majotech would like to thank its partner for the long journey they have made together in the eight years of collaboration, confirming their commitment to international growth.
